Customer Service Representative

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, taking reservations, providing information. He / she must be attentive to detail, professional, provide superior customer service and be able to work in a team environment in a fast-paced office, be able to navigate through multiple systems and must have good communication skills.

Qualifications :

• Attentive to details.
• Able to multi-task and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Excellent attendance.
• Transit experience a plus.
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
