Job Description
A well-established, family-owned provider of commercial services with over 60 years of success is seeking a motivated Sales Executive . Known for its values-driven, people-first culture, the company has grown from specializing in commercial cleaning and disinfection to also offering staffing solutions across hospitality, light industrial, and other industries.
With national certifications in operational excellence and green practices, the company combines heritage, innovation, and integrity-and is looking for a sales professional who can drive growth while building meaningful, long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth : Develop and close new business opportunities across multiple sectors including hospitality, education, healthcare, industrial, retail, and events.
- Build Partnerships : Establish trusted relationships with decision-makers, tailoring solutions that align with clients' operational needs and staffing challenges.
- Craft Proposals : Present service offerings that highlight quality, sustainability, and flexibility in both janitorial and staffing.
- Expand Accounts : Cross-sell and upsell additional services, identifying ways to provide full-scale solutions to existing clients.
- Account Management : Manage and retain existing customer-base by ensuring existing service meets contract and quality standards.
- Collaborate Internally : Partner with operations and staffing teams to deliver on commitments and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay Ahead : Monitor market trends in commercial services and staffing, keeping strategies competitive and relevant.
- Pipeline Ownership : Manage the sales funnel end-to-end, with accurate forecasting, reporting, and results tracking.
