Location : Scottsdale / Greater Phoenix, AZ

Are you passionate about helping businesses protect what matters most? Join Farmers Insurance as a Business Insurance Agent (BIA) and take control of your career while building a thriving business within a supportive network of agents.

This unique program gives you the opportunity to grow your own business and collaborate with other Farmers agents to expand Business Insurance (commercial) growth across their agencies.

Minimum 1 year experience in commercial insurance sales.

Responsibilities

Partner with other Farmers agents to meet their clients commercial insurance needs

Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners to provide tailored insurance solutions

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and networking

Participate in ongoing training and development through the University of Farmers

Requirements

Background Check : Must pass a satisfactory background check

Licensing : AZ Property & Casualty license required before full-time appointment

Training : Completion of University of Farmers training program (provided)

Strong communication and sales skills

Minimum 2 years experience with B2B or B2C sales

Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build your own business
