Order Selector Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Order Selector to join a dynamic team located in  Bessemer, Alabama . 19.00 per hour Schedule and Hours

2nd Shift, 3 : 00pm-Until finished. Order Selectors will work weekends as part of their regular 5-day work schedule Order Selector Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions is required. Temperatures in Perishables Frozen Foods range from 51 degrees to -20 degrees.
• Manage inventory, order status, and raw material quantity based on seasonal trends and other sales factors.
• Loading boxes onto pallets to be shipped out.
• Maintain all required records and reports Order Selector Qualifications  and  Requirements
• Stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, twisting.
• Ability to work under a production quota system. Freezer Selectors must be able to pull an average of 185 cases per hour by the end of their 90-day probation period, and thereafter.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced, physically demanding job.
