Machine Operator

Join a fast-paced production team specializing in high-quality coffee products. As a Machine Operator, you'll help ensure every batch is produced efficiently, meets quality standards, and is ready to energize customers across the country.

Pay Rates :

1st Shift :

2nd Shift :

3rd Shift : style="color : #0e101a; margin-top : 0pt; margin-bottom : 0pt;">

Available Shifts :

1st Shift : 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 40 PM

• 2nd Shift : 1 : 20 PM – 9 : 50 PM
• 3rd Shift : 9 : 50 PM – 5 : 40 AM

Responsibilities :

• Set up and prep machinery for each production run
• Monitor machine performance and address any mechanical issues
• Maintain consistent quality control and accurate documentation
• Keep product weights within specified guidelines
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Communicate clearly with team members to maintain productivity
• Complete post-run logs and follow production schedules
• Follow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures
• Perform additional tasks as needed (QC , cleanup, etc .)

Requirements :

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable with physical work and repetitive tasks
• Previous machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
