St. Rose of Lima Catholic School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and culturally competent Preschool Aide to join our early childhood education team. The Preschool Aide will support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our youngest students. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English / Spanish), comfortable with technology, and committed to fostering the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of all children.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Lead Teacher with classroom instruction, activities, and supervision.
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that reflects and respects cultural diversity.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff in both English and Spanish.
• Supervise children during classroom activities, recess, meals, and transitions.
• Assist with technology-based learning tools, educational apps, and classroom devices.
• Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, organized learning space.
• Support the spiritual and faith-based mission of the school.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and the director to meet the needs of all students.
