We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our team supporting PNC Bank. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mainframe technologies, with a focus on application development, support, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using COBOL, CICS, and JCL.

Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of mainframe applications.

Troubleshoot issues, debug programs, and ensure optimal performance of applications.

Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.

Required Skills :

Strong experience with COBOL, CICS, and JCL .

Hands-on expertise in mainframe application development and support.

Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize existing mainframe programs.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

Experience with DB2 or other mainframe databases.

Knowledge of banking / financial services domain.
