• Engage with local businesses prospecting daily through outreach, visits, drop-ins, and networking Build a strong, organized pipeline of opportunities Understand customer needs and present tailored uniform & facility service solutions Work toward weekly activity goals and long-term revenue targets Spend about one day a week in the office for team collaboration and planning Maintain accurate CRM notes to support team visibility and forecasting You’ll have a high degree of autonomy — but never feel like you’re doing it alone.
