We are looking for motivated customer service employees to join our growing team in our new call center. We are seeking an applicant with flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes 7 days a week, with working hours ranging from 6 am to 9 pm.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Renting storage units and processing related documentation.
- Receiving and processing tenant payments in a timely manner.
- Investigating and resolving any tenant complaints or concerns promptly.
- Collaborating with Hub locations to review paperwork and conduct facility audits.
- Making collection calls to locations as necessary.
- Directing incoming mail and delivering it to the correct offices efficiently during working hours.
- Any other tasks assigned during the shift.
Qualifications :
No previous experience is required.Ability to build rapport with tenants.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.Driver's license and reliable transportation.
