Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role requires expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, producing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Manage credit applications and collections, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
• Utilize Sage Intacct or other accounting software to streamline processes and maintain records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

Requirements - Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
