Neurology Nurse Practitioner

Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet , IL is seeking an experienced Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (NP / PA) to join our patient-centered, mission-driven team! This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with skilled neurologists and interdisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality neurological care to our community.

Position Details

• Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group
• Full-time Dayshift Schedule Inpatinet and Outpatient Work Setting
• Daytime schedule with limited weekends or call
• Provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of neurological conditions.
• Conducting evaluations, formulating diagnoses, managing treatment plans, and educating patients and families
• Perform detailed neurological assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic neurologic conditions including stroke, seizure disorders, migraines, neuropathies, movement disorders, and more.
• Conduct follow-up visits, provide patient and family education, and coordinate care across services.
• Collaborate closely with neurologists and multidisciplinary teams to support exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical records.
