Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and creative Asian Chef to lead a full-production kitchen in a 50–60 seat restaurant. This role covers both lunch and dinner service and requires hands-on experience with woks, dim sum brunch, and innovative Asian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead kitchen operations for lunch and dinner services.Prepare high-quality Asian dishes with precision and creativity.Oversee dim sum brunch service.Manage and mentor a kitchen team of 8.Maintain food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards.Assist in menu development and specials.Support food cost and labor targets for a $1–2 million annual revenue operation.Required Skills & Experience :
Expertise in wok cooking and Asian culinary techniques.Dim sum brunch experience required.Strong creativity and innovation in menu development.Proven leadership and team management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.Team Size : 8 culinary staff
