Position Summary :

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at EverDriven you won’t just be dialing and emailing—you’ll be shaping the future of our team, playbook, and culture.
The Inside Sales team is newly formed, and this is an opportunity to join as one of our first hires. BDRs will be responsible for generating pipeline and opportunities for the business development team to work to close. The future of this team will continue to evolve, but initial results are impressive, and the team today is making a huge impact. BDRs will be a member of EverDriven’s New Business Sales Team and, as such, they will work in cooperation with other members of sales, marketing, CS, RevOps, and other cross functional teams as needed. BDRs will need to act as a liaison and provide the highest standards of customer service to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external communications between current and prospective clients.
Location - Greenwood Village, CO - Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home
Salary Range : $56,485.00 / year, plus commission (up to 25k in commission + bonus)
