City Center Security is a premier security provider specializing in the protection of private commercial and residential properties in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and physically capable individuals to join our Uniformed Patrol Division.
As a Uniformed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong security presence, preventing unauthorized activity, and responding to incidents with professionalism and integrity. This position offers clear pathways for advancement into specialized roles such as executive protection, investigations, training, technical security, and supervisory or management positions.
In this highly visible role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety of our clients, their staff, and their properties throughout downtown Fort Worth.

Includes state licensing courses, firearms training, defensive hand-to-hand tactics, grappling techniques, and martial arts training in our dojo.
Scenario-based training with oversight from licensed medical professionals.
Regular training and qualification at our indoor shooting range.
Ongoing classes to enhance skills and maintain certifications, delivered by experienced instructors with diverse backgrounds.

From $55,000 per year, plus overtime and bonuses ($6,000 EMT, $18,000 Paramedic).
8-hour rotating shifts (24 / 7), including nights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice travel.
Patrol on foot, bicycle, and vehicle
