Position Overview :

The firm specializes in maritime and transportation law, insurance defense, and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of civil litigation experience, and must have experince in maritime law to be considered. This role involves handling complex legal issues and communicating them clearly to clients, with a significant amount of motion work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead civil litigation matters with a focus on motion work
• Provide strategic legal counsel in the areas of maritime and transportation, insurance defense, and commercial transactions
• Clearly articulate complex legal issues to clients
• Work remotely and independently while managing a diverse caseload
