Overview
The Maintenance Control Supervisor, Manager on Duty provides support to the on duty Maintenance Controller position, and monitors daily fleet maintenance plan.
Responsibilities
- Works under the direction of the Manager, Maintenance Operations Control.
- Provides surveillance and oversight of all on-duty Maintenance Controllers.
- Ensures the timely execution of all daily required tasks and that all safety aspects of the operation are strictly adhered to.
- Monitor daily fleet maintenance plan using the company computer systems for all open maintenance tracking items. Utilize MOC, planning and scheduling as a resource to ensure all daily requirements are met and communicated to each department.
- Notify the Manager, Maintenance Operations Control in the event of any scheduling conflict or material shortage that may affect the daily operation.
- Ensures notification of management personnel in event of accident, incident, or irregular operation as required by current Company manuals and Company policy.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Maintenance Operations Control.
- Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, etc. not in excess of 30 lbs.
- Majority of time in a secured open office setting.
- Work is performed in the Company’s Operations Control Center (OCC), and requires professional contact with many OCC personnel, management staff, and business relationships with outside vendors, as well as the FAA.
- Proper work attire is required according to company policies.
- Can involve long periods of sitting.
- Computer work, in a typical office environment, subject to critical deadlines.

Valid Airframe and Powerplant license.5 years experience in aircraft maintenance and airline operations is required.Valid driver’s license is required and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company insurance coverage.Ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing, and possess intermediate level computer skills required.Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment while handling a high volume of calls and maintain the ability to work multiple tasks with a high degree of safety and attention to detail.Ability to make timely operational decisions for the Maintenance department.Ability to work extra hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.Work Environment & Physical Demands

Minimum Position Pay Range
USD $105,000.00 / Yr.
Maximum Position Pay Range
USD $112,000.00 / Yr.
