Housekeeper / Room Attendant - Costa Hollywood

Overall Scope and Responsibility :

Ensure that all guest rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the company standards in both quality and quantity.

Essential Duties :

• Provide maid service for guest rooms and meet cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Replace any unused amenities and report any maintenance concerns.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests.
• Provide maid service by doing a thought out cleaning, vacuum, undusted, replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies and filling ice bucket as preferred by guest.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and / or cleaning agents.
• Assist PM attendants by stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves in team effort.
• Empty trash.
• Sign for room keys and restock heavy cart.
• Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify cleaning completion
• Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed.
• Attend all mandatory meetings
• Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to Safety / Security Department
• Provide general public assistance, instruction and / or guidance for guests and employee safety in the event of an emergency
• Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training
• Keep work area neat and organized
