I. PRIMARY FUNCTION / GENERAL PURPOSE OF FUNCTION :

Assist in planning and implementing the curriculum supervision and management of the program and the classroom.

II. EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Knowledge generally acquired through completion of 2 years of college and / or an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education.

2. Work requires minimum of one year experience in providing group care.

3. Incumbent must successfully meet the requirements indicated in the Code of Virginia and obtain and successfully complete a criminal history record check completed by the Virginia State Police.
