Private Equity Tax Operations Manager - Portfolio Companies

The Private Equity Tax Operations Manager role is central to managing tax operations efficiently as our clients transition from deal-making to value-driven implementation. You will be deeply involved in identifying tax planning strategies and executing tax operations plans that deliver value. In this position, you will interact with global private equity professionals and oversee the implementation of post-transaction tax plans, prepare income tax filings, and consult on significant planning opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Manage all tax compliance and consulting projects for active business entities across various industries.
• Work through all tax reporting implications from transactions, including tracking purchase accounting and modeling cash taxes.
• Coordinate daily interactions with clients, review staff work, and drive the delivery of services to meet deadlines.
• Develop internal team members and contribute to their growth.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and share insights to enhance efficiency.
• Partner with team members to identify new opportunities across multiple service lines.
