Senior Security Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join one of our investment management clients. This individual will serve as a key member of the Information Technology team, reporting directly to the CTO. As a leader and senior security engineer, they will identify and address vulnerabilities, develop and implement security protocols, and analyze risks to critical company data and systems. They will conduct security audits, collaborate with teams, and stay updated on security trends. This role also includes responding to security incidents, maintaining documentation, monitoring security logs, and participating in system design. As TWG acquires new companies, this individual will travel to do risk assessments and scope out where amendments must be made.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience collaborating with external vendors.

8+ years of experience as a Security Engineer.

Experience developing and maintaining documentation of security policies, procedures, and processes.

Background monitoring and analyzing security logs / reports to identify breaches.

Experience in the design and implementation of new systems.

Experience leading training and awareness programs to educate on security practices.
