For 42 years, Austin Street Center has specialized in caring for the most vulnerable people experiencing homelessness in Dallas and surrounding communities. This role will support the mission through the following actions :
Position Purpose
The Chief Operations Officer (Integrator) will orchestrate organizational excellence by driving strategic execution, fostering cross-functional synergy, and ensuring operational alignment across all programs and functions. The role serves as the primary architect of organizational effectiveness, establishing systematic approaches to decision-making, performance optimization, and change management that accelerate business outcomes and maximize enterprise value. This position enables the seamless translation of strategic vision into measurable business results. This position will lead and manage the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Program Officer, Senior Director of People, and Chief Advancement Officer.
