Machine Operator

Staffmark is looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced production team in Alabaster, AL. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a high-performing manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate : $15.00 / hour

Shift : Monday - Thursday | 4 : 30 PM - 3 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and output
• Set up, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects
• Accurately log production data and equipment activity
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support teammates and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
