This role provides both strategic and operational leadership for an established book of Property & Casualty clients, with the opportunity to manage up to $5M in premium .
Role Highlights :
Lead and support a portfolio of P&C commercial clients
Manage the full account lifecycle : pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal
Participate in sales presentations and provide technical P&C expertise
Oversee marketing strategy, submissions, negotiations, and presentations
Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate closely with Producers and Client Managers
Maintain documentation per agency workflows and E&O guidelines
Support special projects as needed
Requirements : Bachelor's degree
Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of commercial lines coverage
Preferred : CPCU, CIC, ARM, or similar designation; experience with Applied EPIC
