Position Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team. This individual will serve as a liaison between the senior leadership team, internal departments, external partners, and the community. The ideal candidate is proactive and professional. Responsibilities include managing calendar events, coordinating meetings, and handling logistics such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting materials. The successful candidate will communicate professionally with physicians and senior management leadership, employees, vendors, community partners, and other external stakeholders, as well as oversee general office functions and assist with company-sponsored events and special projects as assigned.

Requirements :

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should have a minimum of one to two years of administrative experience supporting senior management in a professional services environment. Some flexibility in work hours may be required to meet the needs of the CEO and leadership team. Experience with event coordination and project tracking is preferred. Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.
