Fairfield Inn & Suites Tucumcari is seeking a General Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences. Nestled in the heart of Tucumcari, NM, our charming hotel is known for its warm atmosphere and top-notch service. As the General Manager, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

With an annual salary range of $45,000 to $55,000, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and passion for hospitality. Join us in shaping unforgettable experiences for our guests at Fairfield Inn & Suites Tucumcari.

Compensation :

45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise all hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and targets for the hotel
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members to maintain a high level of service
  • Maintain and improve the quality of services and facilities offered to guests
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, guests, and the local community to enhance the hotel's reputation and business

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software
