Key Responsibilities

• Recruit interview and onboard production maintenance and administrative personnel.
• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all federal state and local labor laws particularly OSHA and manufacturing-specific regulations.
• Administer compensation benefits and payroll processes for all manufacturing employees.
• Develop and deliver HR-related training programs focusing on safety compliance and skills development.
• Support performance management processes including reviews goal setting and development plans.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation claims management and actively contribute to workplace safety initiatives.
