What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter areas. Observe and report any suspicious activities and / or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles entering the location. Support Allied Universal and client staff by maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents. Document and communicate all incidents and / or concerns according to Allied Universal and client procedures. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
