Executive Director
Symbiotic Services is recruiting on behalf of a respected organization in the integrated healthcare sector. The Executive Director oversees the management, training, and direction of Recovery Managers, Counselors, and BHT Leads, supervising two or more employees. This role holds hiring and firing authority and collaborates with the Leadership and other Directors on short- and long-term strategies to align program curriculum with organizational goals. The Executive Director plays a key role in executing the facility's mission and ensuring operational and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :
Direct the daily activities of Recovery Mentors, Counselors, and BHT LeadEnsure certification and training standards for Recovery Mentors and CounselorsMaintain client care protocols that meet state and federal regulationsOversee client onboarding, family meetings, and client-counselor assignmentsConduct weekly staff and client meetings to support team cohesionRemain available after hours and on weekends for emergenciesMonitor service delivery for quality and compliance in record-keepingLead group sessions with clients and facilitate annual evaluations for direct reportsProvide direct care to clients and families as neededFacilitate family day programming and other family support activitiesDevelop and implement both short- and long-term strategic plansPerform additional duties as assigned by senior leadershipKey Competencies :
