The pay range is $71000.00 - $128000.00

Internal Audit helps bring Targets purpose to lifethrough assurance & riskinsights that matter as we collaborate with risk & business owners across the enterprise. Youll use professional judgment analytics agile concepts and other innovations daily. Youll understand assess the effectiveness of and help improve risk management capabilities (e.g. processes and controls) for Targets strategic business and compliance objectives.

As a Senior Technology Auditor you will lead the development and execution of Internal Audit activities leveraging your knowledge of risk management capabilities including identifying and assessing risks and internal controls and utilizing your subject matter expertise to provide risk insights and assurance that supports business objectives. Leading Internal Audit activities requires working independently with a high level of initiative providing direction and coaching to others managing projects effectively communicating with business owners and developing and maintaining strong business relationships.

About you :

• B.A / B.S degree in the field of management information systems information technology software engineering or computer science.
• 5-8 years of technology and audit or technology audit experience
• Subject matter expertise in auditing and enterprise risk management concepts (e.g. risk assessment / prioritization process & internal controls root cause analysis)
• Demonstrate strong professional judgment critical thinking and written / oral communication skills
• Experienced in using data and analytical tools to solve business problemsand in the audit lifecycle (e.g. audit plan development risk assessment engagement execution and issue management)
• Experienced in leading Internal Audit projects including managing stakeholder relationships

T his position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
