Outpatient Family Medicine – Northwestern New Mexico

• Employed practice seeks BC / BE Family Practitioner to join their team
• 16 ambulatory locations and 3 hospital based provider groups covering only one Hospital
• 90 plus Physicians and 40 plus Advanced Practice Providers
• No hospital call or coverage required.
• Strong support from Specialists to expand primary care.
• System-wide transition to one IT platform / Cerner.
• Competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experience
• Less than two years of experience (85% of median) = $212,000
• Two or more years of experience (95% of median) = $237,000
• Potential for quality bonus
• Productivity bonus incentive
• Professional Funds Allowance ($6,000) and five days of paid time off for CME (this is in addition to regular paid time off)
• Employer pays for Association dues for credentialing with payors, as well as professional liability insurance
• Sign-On bonus of $25,000
