Qualifications
Candidates for this position should have prior group or private lesson teaching experience. It is encouraged that they be former swimmers of any level and / or hold a swim lesson instructor certification; however, prior experience is not required. Candidates will be asked about their swim instruction knowledge and asked to swim. Candidates should be prepared to provide a resume and references upon request
