We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring efficient, accurate closings while delivering top-tier service to clients and partners. If you excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping every detail of a transaction on track, we'd love to connect with you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in the ResWare platform to support daily escrow and title operations
  • Verify and confirm wire details with various institutions to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud
  • Initiate, review, and process outgoing wires and incoming check deposits across multiple banking platforms
  • Conduct quality control checks for outgoing payments to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Manage the lifecycle of paper checks, including issuing, voiding, and processing stop-payment requests

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in escrow, title, or real estate administration required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficiency with escrow or title software (ResWare preferred) is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining professionalism
