WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the VP Direct & Marketplace Partners Global Jordan and be the commercial voice of our Key Wholesale Partners into the Global FBAT and Golf teams. You will work closely with the Global FBAT and Golf teams as well as Global and Geography Sales Directors and Key Wholesale Partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Director FBAT & Golf Marketplace will lead the development of integrated marketplace (mono and multi-brand) strategies seasonal sales plans and drive the commercial strategy at key seasonal gates. This role will help foster key market and account insights back into the sport teams to inform future strategies and identify marketplace opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of leading key business initiatives with clear results and revenue growth developing and executing plans in highly matrixed environments and has a strong leadership presence working cross-functionally. The capacity to manage ambiguity and demonstrate high resilience while influencing enterally and externally will be key to the success of this role.

• Bachelors degree in general management strategy planning business operations or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training
• 15 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of managing direct reports or team / squad management experience
• Creative future visioning high taste-level and critical thinking
• Golf consumer experience connected with strong commercial acumen
• Project management experience
• Team oriented mentality and shown willingness to partner with others
• Demonstrable experience in working with cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• External partner management
• Presentation / Communication style : Clear Concise and Thoughtful (strong verbal and written skills)
• Ability to present new ideas or vision to audiences small and large including addressing executive leaders and external partners or customers.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

As the Senior Director FBAT & Golf Marketplace you will be the commercial voice of our Key Wholesale Partners into the Global FBAT and Golf teams. You will also lead the offense as we pivot from Product Creation to Go to Market. You will be responsible for creating and driving implementation of strategic growth plans that include a channel focus as well as specific plans for strategic addition you will :
