Instructional Technology Assistant-(TR)
The University of Maryland, School of Pharmacy seeks an experienced, innovative, and enthusiastic Instructional Technology Assistant to work within the Deans Administration’s Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs, Academic Technologies. The instructional Technology Assistant supports the integration and effective use of educational technologies within the School of Pharmacy’s academic programs. This role serves as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students seeking assistance with tools such as Blackboard Ultra, ExamSoft, and Poll Everywhere. The assistant provides technical support, instructional guidance, and training to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in field and / or related field, such as instructional or graphic design.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : One year of experience supporting educational technology, instructional design, multimedia, or online training in an academic health system or institution of higher education is preferred.
OTHER : Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 undergraduate college credits being equivalent to one year of related experience. In instances where specific education and / or experience is required only directly related education and / or experience may be substituted.
