As a Maintenance Technician at Asbury Gardens, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine building maintenance.
• Able to go up and down a ladder carrying objects
• Maintain and repair appliances and plumbing under sinks in resident apartments
• Moving furniture up and downstairs when elevator is not available for use
• Painting common areas and resident apartments
• Work requires the ability to stand up to two or more hours at a time.
• Work requires the ability to stoop, bend, reach and grab with arms and hands, manual dexterity.
• Heavy Lifting : Objects weighing 35-50 pounds lifted on a regular basis.

Mechanical lifting devices (carts, dollies, pallet jacks, forklift trucks, etc.) or team lifts.
