Job Description
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our Florissant, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and team success.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high standards
- Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures
- Manage cash handling and financial reporting procedures
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance targets
- Handle employee relations issues and maintain a harmonious work atmosphere
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsCustomer service orientation with a commitment to qualityProficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systemsKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} years old, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plusPassion for leading and developing othersDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
