We're looking for a Director of Clinical Operations who can both design and do someone who thrives in the details of operations, is comfortable executing workflows themselves, and can zoom out to build the model that will scale.

You'll be responsible for standing up and running the operational engine that powers our virtual and community-based care model. This includes defining how care is delivered, staffed, documented, and reimbursed and then ensuring those systems work day-to-day.

You'll partner closely with the VP of Care Delivery to test and refine the model as we expand into new patient segments. This is a builder role, not a pure management role. You'll lead a small team (Care Team Lead, Coordinators, RCM Lead) and will also personally own key operational processes until they're ready to scale.

Responsibilities

1. Build and Execute the Care Model

• Define and implement the clinical workflows, staffing ratios, and touchpoints that shape how we deliver care.
• Partner with Product to translate workflows into the EHR and digital tools from intake through follow-up.
• Personally test, document, and optimize processes before scaling.
• Roll up your sleeves to solve operational bottlenecks and pilot new care approaches.
