Your Role :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be part of our Agentic Workflows team, focusing on creating innovative AI-powered workflow automation for our SaaS B2B platform. You will design and implement intelligent, scalable systems that empower businesses to operate more efficiently and achieve superior results.

In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with product, design, and AI teams to bring cutting-edge features to life. Your extensive knowledge of software design patterns will keep you at the forefront of industry trends while driving ongoing improvement across our platform. You will take pride in delivering high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring technical excellence through diligent management of technical debt and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to shaping both the technical and product roadmap by providing input and effort estimates during project discovery and execution.
• Work alongside product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into effective and elegant technical solutions.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively develop strategies to mitigate potential blockers, weighing trade-offs thoughtfully.
• Mentor and guide teammates, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing through pair programming, code reviews, and constructive discussions.

Qualifications :

Salary range : $69,968 - $168,327 per year. This reflects the anticipated base salary range based on current national / regional data, and individual pay will be influenced by skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
