  • CUSTOMER FOCUS :
  • Consistently to provide exceptional guest service and enthusiastically create an unforgettable experience through personal interactions with our guests.

  • GOLDFISH BRAND AMBASSADOR and PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE :
  • Become knowledgeable of the Goldfish Swim School Brand and able to persuade and influence action from the customers by understanding their needs and articulating product benefits.

  • RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS RESULTS :
  • Contribute to the success of the store by driving specific business metrics

  • FRIENDSHIP and COLLABORATION :
  • Build friendships based on collaboration, integrity, compassion, and trust to create a great place to work that is reflected by the exceptional guest service.

  • INITIATIVE and JUDGEMENT :
  • Participate and / or initiate special duties and projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve the guests experience.

    WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS POSITION?

    Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S.

    Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout crowded facility during peak hours

    Must have the capability to positively engage customer at a high-volume store with a diverse customer base

    Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted)

    No retail experience is required, is preferred.
