Entry-Level Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

Shift : Monday–Saturday | 6am-6pm (Overtime Available)

Training : Paid Day - shift training provided

Key Responsibilities :

Operate basic machinery for manufacturing large strand wiring and cables

Follow safety protocols and operational procedures

Assist with general maintenance and production tasks

Complete paperwork and documentation accurately

Work in varying temperature conditions (hot and cold environments)

Requirements :

Ability to pass a job-related physical assessment

Physically able to stand, squat, bend, reach, and climb for extended periods

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Good hearing, vision, and mobility

Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus

Willingness to work on various machines as needed

Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills

Willing to take assessments for training and classification purposes
