Job Title : Project Manager – POS Implementation

Location : Irving, TX (Monday - Wednesday on-site and Thursday - Friday remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-level Point of Sale (POS) implementation across our corporate brands, franchise partners, and retail operations. This individual will oversee all non-technical aspects of the implementation, ensuring successful adoption, seamless operational integration, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering on-time, high-impact results in a franchise or retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management of the POS implementation, focusing on business operations, process alignment, and stakeholder readiness.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple brands, regions, and franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, training, compliance, marketing, and support) to ensure all operational elements are aligned.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees and business leaders, facilitating communication, change management, and issue resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships related to deployment, training, and support, ensuring contractual obligations and service levels are met.
- Drive organizational readiness, including rollout planning, process documentation, training coordination, and adoption strategies.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and escalate as necessary.
- Monitor and report on project status, budget adherence, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and franchise requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive project management experience, including large-scale, multi-site rollouts or enterprise program delivery.Strong background in retail, hospitality, QSR (quick-service restaurants), or franchise-based organizations preferred.Demonstrated success leading complex operational initiatives (POS or similar system implementations strongly preferred).Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and organizational change management.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to bridge corporate and franchise perspectives.Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with diplomacy and resilience.
