As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the franchise. You'll help hire, train, and develop the franchise employees, impacting their future as much as yours, while ensuring our customers and clients receive the highest quality of work and excited to refer us to others!

Responsibilities :

• Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions
• Create and maintain annual business plans and goals
• Develop the annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit margin
• Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects
• Ensure clear communication between customer and client to achieve the highest satisfaction possible
• Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing managers and staff
• Thorough understanding of SERVPRO services, cleaning products and equipment used. (Training will be provided)
• Maintain and organize warehouse area
• Other tasks as needed

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements :

This is a full-time position working hours varying between 7 : 00am-7 : 00pm, MondayFriday, minimum of 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires longer hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
