DMI, LLC is seeking a Jr. Hardware Support Technician to join us. Duties and responsibilities include :

Assisting in performing basic hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for government-owned and furnished equipment in compliance with CDC standards.
Supporting staging, shipping, and installation logistics for warranty and non-warranty repair processes.
Inspecting and testing repaired equipment to verify functionality before returning to service.
Documenting hardware issues, repairs, and resolutions in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking of assets.
Providing basic packing and crating support for IT equipment shipped for vendor repairs.
Coordinating with senior technicians and logistics teams to ensure secure shipping and handling of IT assets.
Assisting in hardware support for workstations, printers, and peripherals across various CDC locations.
Following CDC security protocols and reporting any hardware discrepancies, damages, or missing equipment.
Maintaining proper inventory records for repaired and replaced hardware components.

Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field plus 0-2 years of experience, or

High School Diploma plus 6-8 years of experience

Min Citizenship Status Required : Must be a U.S. Citizen. Physical Requirements : No physical requirement needed for this position. Location : Atlanta, Georgia.
