About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director, Corporate Counsel with a focus on securities law and corporate governance. The successful candidate will be a key legal advisor, ensuring the company's compliance with securities laws, Nasdaq regulations, and public company reporting obligations. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including drafting and reviewing SEC filings, supporting the Chief Legal Officer in corporate governance matters, and providing legal support for various transactions. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school, a minimum of 3 years' of relevant legal experience, and a strong background in securities law, corporate governance, and transactions. Experience in the biotech, biopharmaceutical, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
