Director of Ad Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Ad Operations - CTV Supply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Ad Operations team, ensuring alignment with company growth goals

Oversee end-to-end management of programmatic CTV campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery

Develop best practices and workflows, monitor performance data, and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

8+ years in digital ad operations with at least 4+ years in a leadership role

Proven track record managing CTV and programmatic campaigns at scale

Hands-on experience with SSPs, DSPs, and ad serving platforms

Strong understanding of PMP deal structures, inventory monetization, and yield optimization
