RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execution of tasks in operational purchasing by using appropriate tools and processes
• Serve as back-office for Evonik Procurement Organization
• Ensure purchase order processing, request for quotation and complaint management.
• Coordination of supplier selection, requirements and prices with responsible lead buyer or category manager
• Ensuring compliance standards are held.
• Manage adjusted / completed procurement process SOP where required.
• Continuous improvement of purchasing process
• Identification of process savings potentials
• Work according to an assigned schedule.
