Position Description

As a Web Developer at Oberweis Dairy, you will architect enterprise solutions, develop web strategies, and contribute to solution design and technical requirements. The ideal candidate is self-driven, committed to excellence, and an effective communicator with both technical and non-technical staff.

Status : Full-time hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

Design and develop web applications using the .NET framework (.NET 2.0, 3.5, 4.0), especially ASP.NET.
Develop and maintain MSSQL Server 2019 / 2022 databases.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune applications and data layers.
Identify issues and implement solutions.
Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements.

Qualifications

3-5 years of full lifecycle software development experience.

3-5 years of MSSQL Server database development experience, including stored procedures and query optimization.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to Have

Experience with HTML5, Power BI, PHP, WordPress, Apache / Glassfish, AS / 400, or DB2.
