Process cash receipts accurately and efficiently
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Apply and monitor cash deductions, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and streamline operations
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Assist with month-end close and reporting

Cash Applications Specialist Requirements :

2+ years of proven experience in cash applications / accounts receivable

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
