We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, you will manage and optimize Salesforce systems while supporting Tableau administration and analytics. You will collaborate across departments to enhance processes, enable users, and promote a data-driven culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead system implementations, integrations, and user training.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, managing user permissions, workflows, automation, and maintaining platform integrity.
  • Lead Salesforce implementations, including tasks such as data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Collaborate with teams like RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver automation and visibility solutions.
  • Partner with the Continuous Improvement team to support Salesforce and Tableau-related process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions, create user documentation, and promote the adoption of Salesforce and Tableau across the organization.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of Salesforce integrations, such as HubSpot and Aircall, and onboard new tools as needed.
  • Administer Tableau dashboards, including data blending, report scheduling, and user management, ensuring user-friendly and insightful visualizations.
  • Develop complex reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational insights.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure tools align with business needs and processes.
  • Monitor and support user adoption of Salesforce and Tableau, providing ongoing assistance to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce-211 or Salesforce-201).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration within a business environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle migrations, including data mapping, integration, and user training.
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau, with certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud in multi-user environments.
  • Proficiency in creating calculated fields, data joins, parameters, and interactive dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service and collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
