What You'll Do :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participate in emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements.Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related issues or emergencies.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter disruptive behavior and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors.Minimum Requirements :
